Refund & Replacement Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Due to the controlled nature of items sold through associated platforms, all sales are final except in the limited circumstances described below.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except for verified order issues involving:
- Incorrect item received
- Product damaged during shipping
- Missing items from an order
We do not accept refund or replacement requests for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Claims submitted outside the required notice period
- Improper handling, storage, or use after delivery
- Requests based on personal expectation, preference, or interpretation
- Packages delayed due to carrier issues once shipped, unless the order is confirmed lost by the carrier
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer
Eligible Claims Only
A replacement or refund may be considered only if one of the following is verified:
- Incorrect item received
- Product damaged during shipping
- Missing items from an order
Any approved resolution, whether replacement or refund, is provided at our sole discretion.
Claim Window
To be eligible, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Required Documentation
Claims must include all of the following:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, packing contents, and affected item(s), where applicable
Claims that do not include sufficient documentation may be denied.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been submitted to fulfillment or marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or recalled.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed.
Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Misuse
We reserve the right to deny any claim where we reasonably believe there is:
- Fraudulent activity
- Attempted policy abuse
- Conflicting claim information
- Repeated unsupported complaints
